Card Quest Return Policy
At Card Quest, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. Below is our return policy, which outlines the conditions and processes for returning items.
Condition of Cards
All trading cards and stickers sold at Card Quest with a value of £4.99 or less are labeled as being in good condition. While some cards may be in mint condition, we standardize their description to avoid discrepancies. For items valued over £4.99, individual photos and detailed descriptions will be provided.
Returns Due to Faults or Errors
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- You are eligible for a full refund, including the original postage costs.
- We will also cover the return shipping costs.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind:
- You can return the item within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received (good condition for cards/stickers under £4.99, as per our descriptions).
- You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
- We will refund the cost of the item and the original postage paid, but not the return postage.
Exclusions
- Items damaged through mishandling or that are not returned in the condition described will not be eligible for a refund.
- Custom, personalized, or otherwise exempt items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product listing for specific return details.
Return Process
